Telling someone congratulations gives them a feeling of accomplishment. So many times customers are concerned that they are making the right decision. When we congratulate them on their choice, it just lifts a weight off of them. Like when you get married and here congratulations from your parents, you feel as if you have made the right decision.
Congratulations gives a sense of acomplishment. Most people aren't told 'congratulations' everyday, so when they do hear it, they know that it was said with merit. Graduating college is one example where the congratulations comes from a place of pride from those offering it. That pride also transfers to the one receiving it from completing a long, enduring process. So to me, 'congratulations' evokes, accomplishment, pride and relief.
By telling someone congratulations or nice job, well done will turn anyone in a sour mode, happy. Just recently an individual complitmented me on my recent success. I wote it down, as was told, and looked back at that paticular issue and it brought a smile to my face. Even though it was a different day. By telling a customer congratulations on their choice, gives them a since of accomplishment in making the right buying decision.
A good Congrats can lift someone's mood and reaffirm a task or decision. It is the act of expressing pleasure to somebody for an achievement or good fortune. Congratulation, What’s in the word, the word means an act of expressing joy, being in this cycle of life, we all feel that every decision has to be the right one, and to here congratulation on anything done positive is a sheer relief to our self confidence, also it is to acknowledge that someone has achieved something of value and need to be praised for it; for they have found good fortune in a peaceful nights rest.
Congratualating the customer give them a sense of participation and reaffirms how easy the CBC selection process is. Promotes confidents throughout the sales process for the consumer.
By telling a customer congratulations that makes them feel more relax. When you see that smile comes on their faces you will get a sense that they will trust you while you are being their tour guide.
Congratulations come after an achievement, and that is what happens when a customer figures out which color they are. Usually when someone is congratulated a sense of worth and accomplishment is felt. This can help ease a person’s stress, or better yet, make them feel as if they are empowered. By doing this with our customers, it gives us an upper hand on them because we have helped them feel like they are doing the work and we are here to help and not just sell them a mattress but give them an unparalleled mattress shopping experience.
When I am congratulated on something I've done, first it makes me happy and then it encourages me to continue doing well. Congradulating customers allows them to feel like they are in control of the situation and that they are doing a good job. Once they feel this it is easy to move them on to the next step and continue feeling good about their decisions.
Like how most people have already said, when you tell someone "Congratulations" you are expressing the fact that they are doing something well. Customers are not expecting to be congratulated when they go shopping so when we do say "Congrats" it's a nice surprise for them. It's telling them, "Hey, it's not that hard to shop for a mattress. It's actually kind of easy." Don't you feel good and want to continue doing something when some one tells you, you are doing a good job?????
People go weeks and months without being congratulated. When they are congratulated on even something as simple as choosing a comfort or particular mattress, they will think "you know, i did pick the right one for me." It will also help ease the buyers remorse.
Congratulating our customers helps to reassure them that they are doing the right thing. Whether it's picking a comfort in the CC or telling them after you've made the sale.
