Looking up the word exclusive produces many definitions. Included are selective, restricted in use, high-class, appearing in one place, and sole. All these can apply to Mattress Firm exclusives in that they are only here and seperate us from competition. I found it interesting that high-class is part of the definition. The fact that we have exclusives is very important to investors and haven seekers because they appreciate prestige, so mention the exclusives every time because only Mattress Firm has it! John 2410
The word exclusive carries abit of distinction from any other product out there. It sets us apart from our competitors from the way we dress to the way we present ourselves and mattress firm to customers. One of a kind, never seen before, are all words that can be used to describe exclusive.
Having something exclusive allows you to be proud of the product you have. Knowing that no one else can come close to comparing to what you have is also an advantage.
When mentioning the word exclusive to our customers that lets them know it can only be found at Mattress Firm. For example, silk & wool, sleep cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Another good example is allercare heips reduce the allergens in your mattress.
Exclusive can mean one of a kind, solely available and no other. For instance the DSS coil is one of a kind, solely available at Mattress Firm and at no other retailer. Being exclusive makes special what could be considered ordinary. An exclusive relationship, for example is a special relation where each person is considered one of a kind in the other's eye. The members of the couple are solely available for eachother's relationship needs and neither person are considering any other person. How special does that make people feel when they know they are in an exclusive relationship. Mattress Firm is special too. We have many exclusives that no one else can offer.
Exclusive means a sign of prestige, in the mattress retail business, having something that no one else has is a great deal. We have the upper hand on all the other retailers, which can’t offer such things.
The word exclusive to me, means that I am above everyone else. Knowing that I am getting a product out there that only a few other people have. It has a feeling of having "POWER." It is also a great selling advantatge.
As far as Mattress Firm is concerned, exclusive means something that is only found here. Silver & silk covers, silk & wool fibers and DSS coils are some features found only in Mattress Firm's Sealy lineup. Simmon's Allercare treatment can only be found at Mattress Firm. Comfort by color, X-sensor, and personal sleep evaluations are also Mattress Firm exclusives. These exclusives not only set our products apart from the competition, they set the Mattress Firm experience apart!
Exclusive could mean elite, like being part of an exclusive club. When our customers buy at Mattress Firm they are buying the best mattress the money can get. The exclusive materials their mattress uses, such as allercare, silver silk, and silk and wool, they are buying a step above what everyone else would be buying from a competitor which puts them in a class of their own! -Skip Charlotte 2411
Exclusive at Mattress Firm means a feature or process that no other retailer can offer. It helps us stand out and above our competition. It is very important to talk about our exclusives to our clients so that they recognize that fact that we are better than any store they may have been to in their search for sleep solutions. This is everything from a specific feature in our products to the actual process of how to shop for a bed. But remember that if we don't say the word "EXCLUSIVE" our customers won't know that we are different and the best.
To call something exclusive suggests that it is unique, special, private, limited, restricted, etc. if you are offered exclusive membership to a club, even if you are not interested in their cause, it still piques your interest. In retail lots of companies have exclusive products, and make sure that it obvious in all of their print ads. However these same companies don't always support that message once you enter the store. They kinda forget about them once you are there. I feel like we do that a lot here, why would we not take credit for things that make us special. I won't list all of our exclusives, because everyone else has, but if we present them correctly, we will make our customers feel like they belong to an exclusive club. The last point that I will make is that we, as a company always forget about our most important exclusive, us. There is no way that there is another bedding company out there trainig their people as thoroughly as Mattress Firm.
Exclusive means I've got it and you don't. Booya! It is a sense of luxury and uniqueness that you can be sure that no one else can match it. That's how we should feel about our competition. They don't have the tools that we do.
Exclusive is something that sets you apart from evreyone else. At Mattress Firm we have a lot of exclusives. Silk and wool, DSS, Allercare are exclusives in our beds.
Having exclusives means to have products unique to that particular location. Not being able to find the same thing anywhere else sets any retailer up for success if it is a quality product. It builds value in whatever you are selling and it also speaks volumes for the company with these exclusives seeing how exclusives are not something that are very common in any market.
To have exclusives is to stand apart from the norm. They are features that offer additional benefits to OUR customers that they can not find anywhere else. This sets Mattress Firm apart from our competition and shows that we are commited to bringing the best product possible to our customers. Chris 2406
